Abstract:
By investing in the presentation of its own products at 5 international fairs, Pergament promet d.o.o. is more actively trying to increase the export component of products of its own production, given that the company's management has noticed room for improvement in that segment.
By increasing exports, which is expected after exposure to foreign markets, the desired steps are followed in business and the achievement of set medium and long-term goals.
At all international fairs, where the company intends to exhibit, a special emphasis would be placed on its own designed and patented product - "Selfie Notes” for which positive market reactions are expected.
Objectives of the project:
The company's goal is to achieve stronger export exposure through a more active presentation on foreign markets, while maintaining domestic sales volumes.
Therefore, the company expects an increase in income and profit with new employment.
Without the realization of this project, it is impossible to achieve representation on the market outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia.
